These spacious suites offer a separate living, bedroom and kitchenette combination that gives guests room to really stretch out and relax. Each suite comes with a furnished private balcony where you can kick back and enjoy the magnificent Caribbean views of Basseterre Bay, the southeast peninsula and our neighboring island of Nevis. Our One bedroom Ocean View Suites are air conditioned are and equipped with:

Maximum Occupancy:

• 3 adults in room with king bed and pull out sofa or
• 4 adults in room with double beds and pull  out sofa.
• Plus a roll-away bed or crib can be placed in a Superior One Bedroom

The Cancellation/No Show Policy for Winter (22 December – 15 April) is 3 nights cancellation fee within 7 days of arrival and for Summer (16 April – 21 December) one nights cancellation fee within 3 days of arrival.
